French Dried Beans Salad Recipe
Ingredients 12oz (338g) Cooked dried beans 1/2 medium Onion, thinly sliced 6 tbsp Vinaigrette Dressing, * see below 1 tbsp Chopped parsley Vinaigrette Dressing 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1 tbsp Wine vinegar 3 tbsp Vegetable oil Method Drain cooked beans and keep lukewarm. Separate onion rings. In salad bowl, combine vinaigrette, beans, and parsley. Toss gently, but thoroughly. Decorate with onion rings. Serve cold. Vinaigrette Dressing In a bowl mix the salt, pepper, and vinegar. Continue mixing until salt has dissolved. Now mix in the oil. *This is a basic dressing for used for most salads.
