Ingredients

1 large Cucumber

4 tbsp Vinaigrette Dressing

1 tbsp Chopped parsley

Method

Peel cucumber and cut into paper-thin slices.

In salad bowl, combine vinaigrette, cucumbers, and chopped parsley.

Toss.

Serve cold.
