Ingredients

1 medium Apple, thinly sliced

3/4 cup Celery, thinly sliced

1 tbsp Prepared mustard

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Lemon juice

1/4 cup Sour cream

Method

In salad bowl, combine apple and celery.

In mixing bowl, combine mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Mix well.

Stir in sour cream.

Blend well.

Add to apple-celery mixture.

Toss gently but thoroughly.
