Ingredients

1 cup Beets, cooked and diced

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1 tbsp Lemon juice

1 tsp Prepared mustard

4 tbsp Sour cream

Method

In mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, lemon juice, mustard and sour cream.

Blend well together.

Add beets.

Mix well.
