French Asparagus Recipe
Ingredients 1 Bunch of Asparagus Salt Boiling Water Maitre D'Hotel Butter 8oz (225g) Butter 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp White pepper 1 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped 1 tbsp Lemon juice Method *Recipe for "Maitre D'Hotel Butter" can be found in our Sauces and Dressings Section. Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water for about 10 to 15 minutes, according to size. Serve hot with "Maitre D'Hotel Butter". Or serve cold with creamed mayonnaise.
