French Artichokes A La Grecque Recipe
Ingredients 1 cup Water 10oz Artichokes, frozen 3 tbsp Lemon juice 1/4 cup Olive oil 3 Peppercorns 1 pinch Thyme 1 pinch Fennel seed 1 pinch Coriander seed 1 small Bay leaf 1/2 tsp Salt Method In large, heavy pan, cook artichokes in boiling water for 5 minutes, or until they are separated. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool in cooking liquid. Serve artichokes with 4 tbsp liquid. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
