French Spaghetti Timbales Recipe
Ingredients 1lb (450g) Spaghetti, cooked 1 cup Tomato sauce 2 Tomatoes, peeled and quartered 1/8 cup Madeira wine 2 thin slices Ham, diced 2 slices Tongue, diced 1/8 cup mushrooms tinned, sliced 1/8 cup Swiss cheese, grated Method In saucepan, combine spaghetti, tomato sauce, and tomatoes. Cook for 15 minutes. Add Madeira wine, ham, tongue, and mushrooms. Mix well, and cook for 10 minutes. Off heat, add grated cheese. Mix well. Turn mixture into ovenproof casserole and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
