French Rice Salad Salad Madras Recipe
Ingredients 3 Tomatoes 2 Green peppers 1/2 tsp Dry mustard 1 tsp Water 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Wine vinegar 2 cups Cooked rice Method Peel and slice tomatoes. Cut green pepper into strips approximately 1/8-inch wide. In salad bowl, dissolve mustard in 1 tsp water. Add salt and pepper. Stir in oil. Mix well. Add vinegar. Add green peppers, tomatoes, and rice, tossing after each addition. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
