French Potage Chamonix Recipe
Ingredients 12oz Chicken, cooked 1oz Almonds blanched 4 Eggs, hard boiled - yolks only 4 cups Chicken stock, clear 1/4 cup double cream Salt and pepper to season Method Finely chop the chicken and almonds.
