Ingredients

12oz Chicken, cooked

1oz Almonds blanched

4 Eggs, hard boiled - yolks only

4 cups Chicken stock, clear

1/4 cup double cream

Salt and pepper to season

Method

Finely chop the chicken and almonds.

Mix in the chopped egg yolks.

Stir in chicken stock, cream, salt and pepper.

Cook in a saucepan on a gentle heat.

Delicious with Fried French Bread.
