Ingredients

8 slices Boiled ox tongue, * see below

1 cup Sauce Piquante, * see below

Method

* Recipe for "Basic Boiled Ox Tongue" can be found in Meat and Offal Section and "Sauce Piquante" can be found under our Sauces Section.

In a large heavy saucepan heat the sauce piquante.

Add slices of tongue and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
