Recipe for French Hamburger Bitoque Recipe

Ingredients

2lb (900g) Beef, minced

1/3 cup Breadcrumbs, fresh

1/8 cup Milk

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/4 cup Flour

3 tbsp Butter

3 tbsp Sour cream

3 tbsp stock

Method

Soak crumbs in milk.

Squeeze crumbs to remove excess milk.

In bowl, combine moistened crumbs, ground beef, salt, and pepper.

Mix well.

Form mixture into 6 flat patties.

coat with flour.

In large pan, heat butter.

Add meat patties and cook for 5 minutes on each side.

Remove meat to heated serving dish and keep warm.

Pour fat off pan.

Add sour cream and stock and cook for 2 minutes.

adjust seasoning.

Bring to boil, stirring constantly and scraping bottom of pan until brown crust is dissolved.

Pour over meat.

Serve hot.
