Recipe for French Fried Frogs Legs Recipe

Ingredients

2lb (900g) Frog legs, skinned and trimmed

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

2 tbsp Lemon juice

2 tbsp Vegetable oil

1 tbsp Parsley, chopped

1 clove Garlic, crushed

Fritter batter

Oil, for frying

Fried parsley

Method

In a deep bowl, combine frogs' legs, salt, pepper, lemon juice, oil, parsley, and garlicup

Let stand for 1 hour.

Dry legs with paper towels.

Dip legs in fritter batter and deep-fry until well browned.

Drain.

Garnish with fried parsley.

Serve hot.
