French Shrimps En Brochette Recipe
Ingredients 1lb 8oz (675g) Jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined 6 slices Bacon, cut into squares Melted butter, for basting 1/4 cup Sour cream 2 tbsp Lemon juice 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper Method Thread 6 metal skewers with alternating shrimp and bacon. Brush with melted butter. Grill for 4 to 6 minutes 2 to 3 inches from heat, turning the skewers once and basting occasionally with melted butter. Remove to heated serving dish and keep warm. In small saucepan, heat sour cream over low heat. Add lemon juice and juice from broiled shrimps. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over shrimps. Serve hot.
