French Fish Minute Recipe
Ingredients 1lb 8oz (675g) Fish fillets 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 2 tbsp spring onions, chopped white bit only 2 tbsp Parsley 1 cup Dry white wine 2 tbsp Fresh bread crumbs Method Arrange fillets in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with spring onions and parsley. Add wine. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, or until top is browned.
