Ingredients

4 Eggs

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper, freshly ground

2 tbsp Tomato sauce

4 small Pork sausages, cooked

Method

Grease a pie dish.

Break eggs in dish.

Add salt and pepper.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Arrange tomato sauce and sausages between yolks.

Continue baking for 5 minutes.

Serve hot.
