Ingredients

1/2 cup Sugar

3/4 cup Water

1 tbsp Lemon juice

3 tbsp Jamaican rum

Method

In small, heavy saucepan, combine sugar and water.

Bring to boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat.

When syrup is lukewarm, add lemon juice and rum.
