Ingredients

1 Dessert Rice, *see recipe in the Desserts Section

3 tbsp sugar

Method

Prepare Dessert Rice as directed, but replace egg yolks with whole eggs, beaten until frothy.

Place rice mixture in a large buttered ramekin.

Sprinkle on 3 tbsp sugar.

Place under a hot grill until sugar turns brown.

Serve hot.
