French Marquise Au Chocolat Recipe
Ingredients 4 chocolate squares 2 tbsp Water 4oz (113g) Butter, in small pieces 3 Eggs, separated Method In heavy saucepan, combine chocolate and water. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Take pan off heat. Gradually stir in egg yolks, one at a time. Then stir in butter. Whisk egg whites until stiff and add to chocolate mixture. Turn into well-buttered mold and chill. Serve covered with melted vanilla ice cream. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
