Ingredients 1 Dessert Rice, * see below tinned Peaches or Pears 1 Apricot Sauce, * see below Method * Recipes for "Dessert Rice" and "Apricot Sauce" are found in the Desserts and Sauces and Dressings Section. Prepare Dessert Rice as directed. Heat tinned halved peaches or pears in their own syrup and then drain. Place fruit on top of Dessert Rice. Cover with hot Apricot Sauce. Serve warm.
