French Crepes Recipe

Recipe for French Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Flour

4 tbsp Sugar

1 pinch Salt

8 Eggs, beaten

1 1/2 cups Milk

1 tbsp Butter, melted

2 tbsp Brandy

Method

In a basin sift the flour, sugar and salt.

Combine beaten eggs and milk and stir into flour until smooth.

Add the melted butter and brandy.

Let stand for 2 hours.

In a 5 to 6 inch frying pan heat 1 tbsp butter.

When butter is hot, pour in 1 full tbsp of batter.

Rotate pan quickly to spread batter.

Cook for 1 minute on one side.

Flip over and cook for 1 minute on other side.

Repeat until all the batter is used.
