French Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Ingredients 1/8 cup Strong coffee 2 Chocolate squares 3 tsp Sugar 4 Egg yolks 5 Egg whites Method In a small heavy saucepan combine the coffee and chocolate. Heat until chocolate is melted (do not allow to boil). Take pan off heat. Add sugar and stir until well blended. Stir in yolks one at a time. Put into serving bowl and set aside. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until firm. Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Chill and serve. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
