Ingredients

16oz tin Bing cherries, drained

2 tbsp sugar

1 pinch Ground cinnamon

1 cup Red wine

Method

In a saucepan combine cherries, sugar, cinnamon, and Bordeaux wine.

Bring to boil.

Simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Chill and serve.
