French String Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients 2 cups string beans, cooked 4 tbsp Vinaigrette Dressing Vinaigrette Dressing 1 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1 tbsp Wine vinegar 3 tbsp Vegetable oil Method Remove stems and tips from beans. Wash and place in a saucepan. Cook in salted boiling water for 15 minutes until beans are tender the drain thoroughly and cool. In salad bowl, combine vinaigrette and string beans. Serve cold. Vinaigrette Dressing In a bowl mix the salt, pepper, and vinegar. Continue mixing until salt has dissolved. Now mix in the oil. *This is a basic dressing for used for most salads.
