Ingredients

2oz (56g)Roquefort cheese

1 tbsp Butter

1 tsp Sour cream

3 slices White bread

6 tbsp Caviar

Lemon juice

Method

Blend together Roquefort cheese, butter, and sour cream.

Toast your bread and spread with Roquefort cheese mixture

Top each tinape with 2 tbsp caviar.

Add a few drops of lemon juice.

Cut each tinape into 4 equal strips.

Serves 12 canapes.
