Egyptian Fattoush -egyptian Salad With Toasted Bread Recipe
Ingredients 1 Small Baguette (thinly sliced) 3 Tomatoes (diced) 1/2 Small Cucumber (diced) 4 Spring Onions (sliced) 1/2 Red Pepper (diced) 1 Romaine Lettuce (sliced) 20g Corriander (chopped) 20g Mint (chopped) 5 tablespoons Olive Oil 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice 2 cloves Garlic (crushed) Salt and Pepper to season Method Brush the thinly sliced baguette with oil olive and place under the grill until golden brown. Place all the salad items in a bowl and mix with the corriander and mint. Mix the lemon juice,oil and sumac (if available). Now toss everything together.
