Cook orzo in lightly salted boiling water for 7 minutes or until cooked al dente.

Drain and rinse well with cold water.

Place orzo in a large serving bowl, drizzle on 1 teaspoon of olive oil and toss well.

Add peas and mix with the orzo.

Gradually the other ingredients and well mixed.

Season with salt and pepper
