Egyptian Avocado Salad Recipe
Ingredients 1 can chickpeas 1-2 ripe avocados, diced 2 cups shredded white cabbage 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 1-2 spring onion, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped) 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon herb seasoning salt Method Place the cabbage, chickpeas, olives, Sundried tomatoes and avocado into a large bowl.
