Recipe for Egyptian Stuffed Duck And Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

one large duck

rice

cumin

Onion

salt and pepper

lemon

tomato puree

1lb new potatoes

Fresh Corriander

Method

Wash rice in water and leave to soak for a while.

Stuff the duck with the rice and the plug with the onion.

Sew tightly with a clean thread and needle.

Put the duck into a pan of boiling water with the corriander.

Cook until tender.

Add cumin, onions, some salt and pepper.

The stuffed duck is then placed on a pan and lemon juice is squeeze on it.

Then tomato paste is spread on its back.

The duck is placed in the oven on medium temperature.

When the back is red the duck is taken out of the oven and left to cool for a minute.

Serve with new potatoes.
