Recipe for Egyption Potato Salad

Ingredients

Method

Boil 3-4 potatoes until easily peeled.

Cool.

Peel and cut into cubes (1 cm or about 1/2 inch).

Use a mortar and pestle to crush 3 garlic cloves with 1-2 teaspoon vinegar and add salt.

Add 1 teaspoon oil and spread mixture over potatoes.

Mix well and serve.
