Ingredients

2 cups Flour

2 cups Sugar

1 teaspoon baking power

1 cup milk

1/2 cup Oil

2 Eggs

3/4 cup Cocoa Powder

1 cup Coffee

3 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a basin.

Pour into a baking tray (9x13).

Preheat oven 350 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.

Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Cool and cover with cinnamon whipped cream.

CINNAMON WHIPPED CREAM :-Combine cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon and beat together until soft and thick enough to spread.
