Ingredients

8oz Monterey Jack Cheese grated

8oz Cream Cheese

1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder

1/2 teaspoon  Chilli Powder

1 jar of Chunky Salsa

Method

Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and blend together over a gentle heat.

Pour into a bowl for serving with plenty of tortilla chips and/or batons of raw vegetables.

Cooks Tips

This is my quick and simple queso dip recipe, if you are not short on time you may prefer to replace the salsa with a red bell pepper and jalapeno peppers (de-seeded and chopped).
