Pumpkin Dip Recipe
Ingredients 15oz tin of Pumpkin Puree 8oz Cream Cheese 4 tablespoons of Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
Method Cream together the pumpkin puree and cream cheese. Now add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Leave to refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Cooks Tips If you have the time this pumpkin dip will benefit from chilling overnight. Decorate with a little freshly grated nutmeg if available. |
