Mexican Dip Recipe

Recipe for mexican dip

Ingredients

1 tin of Refried Beans

8oz Sour Cream

2 ripe Avocados (mashed with a little lemon juice, salt & 2 drops of tabasco)

1 jar of Chunky Salsa

2 mild Green chillies (chopped)

6 Black Olives (sliced)

6oz Monterey Jack (grated)

 

Method

On a large plate spread the ingredients one at a time, in the order as listed above.

Serve with a large bowl of tortilla chips.

This mexican dip can be served warm or at room temperature.
