Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef

2 tbsp. diced green pepper

1/2 c. sour cream

2 tbsp. milk

2 tbsp. instant minced onion

1/8 tsp. pepper

Method

Soften cheese and chop beef.

Mix well and chill.

Serve with crackers.
