Ingredients

2 c. sour cream

1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

1/4 c. minced onion

2 to 3 tbsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

1 tbsp. pimento, finely chopped (opt.)

Salt to taste

Method

Combine all ingredients, blend thoroughly.

Use additional lemon juice if needed to thin dip.
