Ingredients

8oz  Cream cheese

8ozl Sour cream

1 tin of Refried beans

1/2 Red Onion (finely chopped)

2 tablespoons Coriander (chopped)

12oz cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon Taco seasoning

Method

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Put into oven proof dishes and cook in a preheated oven at 300 degrees for 30 minutes

Garnish with a little grated cheese
