Artichoke Dip Recipe
Ingredients 8 oz cream cheese 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 tin of Artichoke hearts (drained and chopped) 1 jalapeno pepper (chopped) 8oz grated Cheddar Cheese 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to season Method Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Place in an oven-proof dish. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and cook for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned. Serve with 1/2 inch slices of toasted french bread. Cooks Comments and Tips |
