Artichoke Dip Cream Cheese Recipe

Recipe for Artichoke Dip Cream Cheese

Ingredients

8oz cream cheese

1 tin Artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)

1 jar of sweet red peppers (drained and chopped)

4oz grated Asiago cheese

2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

4 oz Mushrooms (rinsed, dried and sliced)

4-6 medium Spring Onions (chopped)

2 cloves of chopped garlic (optional)

1 French stick cut into 1/2 inch diagonal slices

Method

Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl, saving a little of the sweet red pepper to garnish.

Place in an oven-proof dish.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and cook for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned.

Serve with slices of french bread.

Cooks Comments and Tips

If you have trouble locating the asiago cheese this lovely artichoke and cream cheese dip can also be made by replacing the asiago cheese with 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese.
