Caramel Apple Dip Recipe
Ingredients
8oz Cream cheese
6oz Demerara Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2lb Crisp Sweet Apples
Juice of 1-2 lemons (depending on size)
12 Walnut halves, chopped (optional)
Method
Remove the cores from the apples and cut into slices.
Immediately place the apple into a large dish and cover with water and lemon juice,
to prevent the apple from browning.
Chill until dip is ready.
Put the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract into a pan, mix thoroughly
and warm on a gentle heat.
Pour into a serving bowl.
Drain the apples and dry off on some kitchen paper.
Now dip the apple slices in the sauce and enjoy.
