Chicken With Harissa & Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned 2 tsp harissa 1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp dried oregano 250g cherry tomatoes 12 black olives Method Put the chicken into a roasting pan and rub with the harissa paste. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. Cook in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes. Now add tomatoes and olives to the pan and cook for another 10-12 minutes.
