Tarragon And Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients 750g chicken breasts, cooked and diced 2 tbsp tarragon, chopped 6 spring onions, sliced 200g cherry tomatoes, halved 1 bag mixed slad DRESSING 200g fromage frais 1tbsp curry paste 1 tsp clear honey 1 tbsp lemon juice Method In a large bowl make the dressing with the fromage frais, honey, lemon juice and curry paste. Leave for 1 hour for the flavours to infuse. Toss the chicken, spring onions and tarragon. Cover and leave refrigerated over night. Serve on a bed of mixed salad and cherry tomatoes.
