Stuffed Chicken Recipe
Ingredients 4 chicken breasts 160g goat's cheese 2 tbsp thyme, chopped 30mls white wine olive oil Method Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Slice the goats cheese and roll in the thyme. Loosen the skin on the chicken and push in a slice of the goat's cheese. Place in an ovenproof dish and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
