Sticky Chicken Recipe
Ingredients 8 chicken thighs or drumsticks 1/2" cube ginger,finely grated 2 tsp soy sauce 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce 1 lime, grated zest only Method Mix together the chilli sauce, ginger, soy sauce and lime zest to make the marinade. Trim off any excess fat from the chicken. Brush over the chicken and leave to marinate in the fridge overnight. Remove the chicken from the fridge and place in a baking tray. Roast for 20 minutes at 200 degrees and then brush with any leftover marinade and cook for a further 5 minutes until sticky and golden brown. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
