Recipe for Pan Fried Chicken With Rosemary And Garlic Recipe

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skin on

1 tbsp butter

100g smoked bacon, cut into chunks

4 clove garlic, chopped

grated zest 1 lemon

300ml dry white wine

1 tbsp fresh rosemary

300ml chicken stock

Method

Heat the butter in a frying pan and and place the chicken in skin side down until the skin is golden brown.

Turn the chicken over and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan, add the bacon and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now add the rosemary, lemon zest, white wine and seasoning, and bring to a simmer.

Return the chicken to the pan and simmer another 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve with seasonal vegetables.
