Mustard Crusted Chicken Recipe
Ingredients 8 chicken thighs, skinless olive oil TO MAKE THE CRUST 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp fresh breadcrumbs 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp butter zest and juice of 1 lemon 2 tbsp parsley, chopped Method TO MAKE THE CRUST Mix the mustard, breadcrumbs, butter, onion, lemon zest and parsley. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and lightly brown the chicken thighs. Transfer the chicken to an ovenproof dish and spread the crust mix on the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Check that the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving. Cooks Comments and Tips . |
