Lemon & Caper Chicken Recipe
Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips oil and butter for frying 2 tbsp capers 1 lemon, juiced Method Heat 1 tbsp oil and a knob of butter in a frying pan. Add the fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through. Throw in the capers and lemon juice and stir until warmed through. Serve on salad leaves.
