Couscous And Easy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients 1 large chicken breast, cooked and cubed 100g couscous 200ml chicken stock, boiling 100g frozen peas 1 large tomato, chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp lemon juice salt and pepper Method Pour the couscous into a large pyrex bowl with the peas. Pour the boiling stock over, cover and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Add the chicken and chopped tomatoes to the bowl. Mix the the oil and lemon, and season.
