Chorizo And Chicken Tortillas Recipe
Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped 1 tsp olive oil 1 small onion, sliced 100g chorizo, diced 2 vine tomatoes, diced 8 soft tortillas 200g cheddar, grated 3 tbsp coriander, roughly chopped Method Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion and chorizo for 5 minutes. Add the chicken and tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Spoon some of the mixture into each tortilla, cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with coriander. Roll up the tortilla and cut in half.
