Chili Chicken And Noodles Recipe
Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, skinned and cut into strips 2 tbsp chilli sauce 200g cooked noodles 1 tsp cornflour 5 spring onions, shredded 50g mange tout, shredded 1 red pepper, sliced 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 lemon, juiced 1 tbsp honey oil Method Mix the cornflour in a bowl with some seasoning and toss in the flour. Heat some oil in a large frying pan and cook the chicken until golden brown. Take out the chicken and add the vegetables and cook for a couple of minutes. Return the chicken to the pan and add the honey, lemon juice and chilli sauce. You may need to add a little water at this stage to create the sauce. Toss in the noodles, stir and serve.
