Recipe for Chicken With Balsamic Glaze Recipe

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

150ml orange juice

150ml chicken stock

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tsp rosemary, chopped

1 tsp brown sugar

1tbsp butter

Method

Slice the chicken breasts into thick strips and season.

Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat, then fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes.

Pour 2 tbsp balsamic over the chicken, add the orange juice, rosemary and stock.

Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Now add the butter, sugar and the remaining balsamic and cook for a few more minutes until the sauce is glossy.

Serve the chicken on a bed of rice and pour over the sauce.
